Architecture is not only the art of design, but also the culture of life.

With the surrounding context in mind, we managed to find a balance between urban and local, in order to modernise the neighbourhood gently. Located on the edge of commercial, the subject site is perfect for a medium density duplex development, with an apartment building built in the adjoining property. The residents in the community can perceive the business from the other side of Doncaster Road, which will lead them to a modern life. In this case, the simplicity of design is an iconic pursuit in the neighbourhood, and this is what we are working on in this project.
